Palace Sorcha is a sweet young heifer full of style and presence. She is a smart heifer with great growth and structure with the breeding to follow up with. 

• Sorcha's is sired by the well-noted JAPON. Japon is a genetically bred double polled bull. He is an outcross easily calved French bull who is breeding a lot of show winners in France.
• Sorcha's dam is PALACE ORLA bred by Clenagh Jasper going back to Inverlochy Ferdie and Fury Action. There is great milk and growth in this female line.

Sorcha is out of a heifer and has been outwintered. She is a polled heifer and carries one copy of the Q204X gene. We have no doubt this young heifer will be a great addition to any herd and go on the be a great breeding cow.

Vendor profile:

The Palace herd was established in 1993 in the heart of the Clogher Valley. The farm runs a herd of 16-20 pedigrees, predominantly Charolais with a few Simmentals too. All of the cows are served to AI to use the best genetics available to suit each individual cow. The Palace herd is a closed herd with all replacements bred on the farm. The herd has been seen at various local shows as well as presenting animals for sale at the Society Sales throughout the year along with on-farm sales with a lot of repeat customers each year. The Palace herd is a member of the British Charolais Breed plan.
